You can now contact Michael or Lindsey using Instant Messaging software. Michael and Lindsey both use iChat for Mac OS X, which supports the AOL Instant Messenger (AIM) and Jabber Instant Message clients. To send an Instant Message simply click on the IM status indicator below their name. This will launch your IM software* and open a new message window for you. If you are an iChat user and meet the system requirements, you may also audio or video chat with Michael or Lindsey, so save on the phone bill, and "call" them for free.
Please be aware that even if the status indicator shows "online", Michael or Lindsey may be away from their computers. They will however attempt to reply to your message as soon as possible.
If you want to add Michael or Lindsey to your buddy list, Michael's username is upta@mac.com, and Lindsey's is uptaoffice@mac.com. Please do not send email to these addresses though as they are only used for Instant Messaging. To email Michael or Lindsey, please follow the instructions on the Contact Us page.
*If using messaging software on a PC, it is possible that you may get a pop-up box appear after clicking the "online" link to start an Instant Message. This pop-up box states 'External Protocol Request' and asks the user to choose the appropriate application. If you choose your Instant Messaging application you should be able to send a message.
